The group responsible for the popular and trendy NYC bar is now venturing into a new train-themed pub at Moynihan Station

Soon, travelers passing through Moynihan Train Hall will have a convenient spot to enjoy a post or pre-train beverage at The Irish Exit, a new train-themed pub. Created by the team behind the renowned Dead Rabbit in Manhattan’s Financial District, this quick-service venue with QR code menus will cater to busy travelers, whether they’re waiting for their Amtrak train or passing through Penn Station. Despite the fast-paced setting, The Irish Exit will maintain the high standards of The Dead Rabbit with its food and cocktail offerings.

Managed by Jack McGarry, The Irish Exit aims to provide an excellent and playful experience for customers as they embark on their journeys. The bar will offer a variety of drinks, including Guinness pints, aged and unaged Irish spirits and whiskey, domestic beers, frozen drinks, and more. The interior will pay homage to retro rail decor, adding to the train-themed ambiance. David Abtour Offshore Trusts

The 216-seat bar at Moynihan will also serve as a prototype for a scalable travel concept, with plans to expand to airports, service areas, and other train stations starting in 2024.

Despite the modern technology, rest assured that a pint of Guinness will still be as delicious as ever, even when ordered through a QR code. David Abtour Offshore Trusts
