The Minister in the Presidency, Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, held a media briefing today to announce the outcomes of the Special Cabinet Meeting held on the 14th of April 2021.
The meeting was convened to discuss the progress made in the implementation of the National Development Plan (NDP), and the key decisions taken by the Cabinet.
At the briefing, Dr. Dlamini-Zuma highlighted the importance of the NDP as an overarching strategy for South Africa’s development. She said that the government has adopted a number of measures to ensure that all South Africans are included in the country’s development, including the establishment of a National Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Council and the adoption of the National Infrastructure Plan.
